Paradise Ridge Homes

To see some of these fine homes and living areas, take a leisurely drive around Paradise.

1. From Skyway take Oliver Road then left on Valley View Drive to the end. Near the end of Valley View turn on Valley Ridge Drive for more beautiful homes and view of Butte Creek Canyon.
2. On the east side of Paradise go to Pentz Road via Pearson turning right. Take a left on Stearns Road and right on Country Club Drive returning back to Pentz Road. This area was the site of the Feather River Golf & Country Club in the 1950's.
3. Now cross Pentz to Malibu Drive to see Malibu Unique Acres.
4. Back on Pentz Road go right (south) to Lago Vista Way on the outskirts of Paradise.
5. Returning to central Paradise north on Pentz Road, turn left on Bille Road to Sawmill. At the stop sign go right to Country Oaks Drive. Turn left here to Melene Lane, turning left back to Bille. Right on Bille to Skyway, crossing Clark Road.
6. Driving north on Skyway to Magalia/Paradise Pines, take South Park Drive which eventually becomes West Park Drive to Ponderosa Way. Left on Ponderosa to Creston Road. Right on Creston to Wycliff Drive (note POA sign). Turn left. Paradise Pines Owners Association recreation village will be on your left. Continue on Wycliff to Skyway.

Retirement

The Paradise Ridge is a haven to many senior citizens who have found Paradise to be the place for retirement. Some areas around the Ridge are exclusive living communities for seniors. One such retirement home community is The Plantation off Buschmann Road.

For gracious retirement living Feather Canyon is a new spacious apartment complex (opening Summer 2001), located near Feather River Hospital at 5900 Canyon View Drive. Take Peach Lane off Pentz Road, north of the hospital. Monthly rent includes chef-prepared meals, appointment transportation, on-site barbar/beauty salon, exercise/activity room, large screen TV lounge, library, and a treasure of many other features and services.
