With the Paradise Ridge area becoming a haven for the retired, senior services are a priority. Many senior oriented support groups and related community services are available. Not only are these neighbors helping neighbors, but are there in times of emergencies for everyone.

Paradise Ridge Senior Center

The Paradise Ridge Senior Center is located at 877 Nunneley Road, next to the Paradise Performing Arts Center. It is a multipurpose center focusing on the recreational, educational and social needs of Ridge area senior residents. The Senior Center is not owned by any one person. Any senior is eligible to become involded, volunteer their time, and be nominated to sit on the Board of Directors of the Ridge Area Coalition of Senior Citizens. This board operates the Senior Center and keeps it functioning for all seniors to enjoy. Membership, $15 per year, is urged for support of the center. A monthly newsletter is published.
